A common issue with light fixtures is that they are not always aimed at the area they are meant to illuminate. This bracket system was developed following a conversation with a marine electrical installer who explained that he used to "jury-rig" custom plates or angled mounts to direct Keltyc ceiling lights toward the center of the target area. Consequently, when designing these lights, we incorporated slots into the end caps to accommodate a 45° stainless steel mounting bracket.
Simply slide the brackets into the designated slots and mount the light fixture at the angle; this directs the light 45° downwards. This ensures maximum lighting efficiency while also protecting the ends of the fixture.
